Executive profile

Leading with clarity when complexity is highest.

Regional VP and Managing Director with 30+ years across industrial services, equipment rental, infrastructure support and logistics. Full P&L ownership with board-level perspective and practical operational depth.

I build stronger businesses by connecting strategy to the operating system beneath it: people, commercial discipline, assets, process and accountability.

My experience balances people-intensive and asset-intensive businesses: full P&L leadership, $134m UK revenue responsibility (FY2025), workforces of 1,000+ and multi-country operating networks. Earlier global asset-management responsibility covered a $1.3bn rental portfolio across 34 P&Ls in 24 countries, distinct from direct business P&L ownership.

My experience spans PE-backed turnarounds, greenfield growth, integration and multinational operations. It brings a relevant operating perspective to CEO, MD, Regional President and COO mandates: translating strategy and investor priorities into accountable leadership, stronger cash conversion and sustainable returns.

Sector & international breadth

01
Operating models

People, assets and service delivery.

More than 14 years of leadership around rental businesses, spanning scaffolding and access, forming and shoring, powered access and distributed fleet and depot networks.

Broader experience covers integrated industrial services, insulation, coatings, specialist services, infrastructure and energy support; contract logistics, transport, warehousing, freight and port-linked services; and responsibility for special steel forms manufacturing, alongside fleet maintenance, workshops and facilities.

02
Transferable operating characteristics

Relevance beyond the sector label.

My direct experience is in industrial services, equipment rental, logistics, supply chain and specialist manufacturing. The operating challenges travel: distributed teams, safety-critical delivery, contract economics, people productivity, asset utilisation and cash discipline.

These characteristics are also relevant to adjacent technical services, facilities services, infrastructure maintenance and engineering-support businesses. They provide a basis for assessing leadership fit; technical expertise, regulatory requirements and market knowledge must be established for each mandate.

03
Across borders

Local judgement. International perspective.

A career built in South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Oman, the UAE, Kuwait and the UK, including 23 years of Middle East experience. Broader regional and global responsibilities extend across Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
